This plant can process doors on 6 sides to finished condition unattended. To achieve this, the plant has an automatic feed and stacking portal and a variety of equipment e.g.:

• Fixed gantry with 2 moveable self positioning tables
• Bar code reader
• Automatic disposal of window cutouts
• 5 machining spindles
• Electronically sensing high frequency milling spindles
• 2 linear tool changers for up to 120 tools per side
• Door turning system

The fully automatic processing center with load and unloading facilities is equipped as follows:

• Fixed gantry with 2 moveable machining tables
• Automatic feeding and stacking by means of suction loader
• 2 independently working supports with 5-axis robot heads
• 2 tool changers that move with the product for fast tool changes
