The concept of processing long parts with our fixed gantry is based on 5 sided machining during one clamping operation. This means that manufacturing tolerances can be as tight as possible.

• Designed for bar shaped work pieces

Machining height

• 200 mm (special heights also possible)
• 5 sided machining during one clamping operation.

Table design

• 1, 2 or 4 machining tracks, each with 4 gripper units that can be individually moved in one axis.
• Manual or automatic feed in/ feed out of work pieces.
• Can be integrated into the flow of a production line
