Each Schwabedissen processing center can be individually fitted with different processing units.

Here we offer a wide range of different units, e.g. with vector-axis for angled units, units with electronic sensing and tool changing and units with vector-axis.

5 axis units are also available with harmonic or torque drives, for use with a swivel axis for door machining, and much more besides.

• A ± 100°

A particular benefit of our A-axis is an extraction system arranged around the spindle that removes chippings effectively even when in a horizontal operation.

• C ± ∞

The C-axis is an integrated vector axis, enabling the operation of adapter units. The axis has a pneumatic interface, making it possible to have a blowing / suction function. The C-axis can be combined with the A-axis, so that unrestricted 5-axis processing can be carried out.
