For the processing of single boards in continuous flow in conjunction with continuous operation board presses. High-efficiency CNC-controlled board cutting lines have for years been used in conjunction with continuous board presses for cutting and formatting continuous board lengths.

This process requires automatic cutting equipment with a high degree of reliability and accuracy, to avoid interrupting the production process. This type of equipment is used for the cutting to length of continuously pressed chipboard and fibreboards as well as endlessly laminated individual board lengths (worktops). Further the machine can be used for endlessly foamed or extruded plastic sheets (Polyurethane or polystyrene insulating panels) and continuous lengths of sandwich board (insulating panels).

  Length trimming saws are set up in front of the diagonal saws for finishing the longitudinal edges of the boards. Centre cut units are set up behind the diagonal saw for carrying out further cuts in the longitudinal direction. This system can therefore produce panels completely edged and sized to any customer requirements.
