A well-known plasterboard producer has invested in a new
production site in Turkey and receives (amongst others)
a Double end tenoner for the In-Line cross processing for
these panels.

This modern SCHWABEDISSEN-Double end tenoner, with a
high capacity, fulfils the function of the Bündler in the
production plant and process concurrent 2 upon the other laid
plasterboards at the cross edge.

The customised Double end tenoner DAa 79 with
high capacity has following features (amongst others):

• individual feeding device for 2 upon the other laid
  panels
  
• 2 high-capacity scoring- and trimming-aggregates
• 7 servo-controlled positioning axis for the  
  automatic adjustment of different panel format 
• middle supports with shears kinematics
