A solid wood plant in Germany has invested in the modernisation of its cutting technology for single layer solid wood panels.
In future, modern Schwabedissen double-end tenoners will be used for the trimming and cutting technology.
The massiv wood panels to be processed can be fed in panel sizes but also in typical batten sizes.
I.e. the sizes to be fed vary between 2,520 x 1,210 mm and 1,620 x 210 mm.
For splitting, the line is additionally equipped with 2 middle cuts in cross direction. This results in finished lengths of up to 600 or even 500 mm as the smallest finished lengths. 
Depending on the material dimensions, the cutting capacity is approx. 30 individual panels/min. and more.
