SCHWABEDISSEN has delivered a new double-end-tenoner-combination for the production of OSB tongue-and-groove boards.

This example for a t&g machine combination for a big European OSB manufacturer is equipped with four processing motors per machine side. In this way the customer is able to respond to the market requirements with high quality t&g profiles.

The new machine combination is supplied with approx. 40 servo motors for automatic positioning of all tool positions.

The machine is controlled by the latest Siemens S7 PLC technology.
